Special Terms and Conditions over ruling the attached Terms and Conditions

1. Validity: This proposal is only valid for acceptance for a period of 5 days from date of this offer
2. Currency of Prices: Local components in PAK rupees
3. Payment Terms- Local Components: 75% upon signing of the agreement, 25% at the time of material readiness.

NOTE-1: Since proposed solar modules from LONGi is producing higher current hence single
module per stage of the controller (Micha Design: MSRx4) to be connected.
NOTE-2: Do not mix LONGi and Solar World Modules in the same controller
