1 INT. A SMALL ROOM WITH A TABLEI N THE CENTRE OF IT. THE 1

ROOM IS HARSHLY LIT WITH AN EMPHASIS ON MADDIE'S SEAT. THE
REST OF THE ROOM IS DARK. THERE IS A PERSON SAT AT THE
TABLE ON A CHAIR. HER HANDS AE CUFFED ND HER HEAD IS BOWWED
DOWN.

there is the sound of a door unlocking and the door slowly

opens. You hear distant chatter which is indistinguishable
and the argent enters the room. he slowly closes the door
behind him and locks it. He is well-dressed with a white
shirt that is tucked into jeans. he wears black shoes. he
walks across the room towards his seat which is situated
opposite Maddie. he has a clipboard in one hand and an
audio recorder in the other. he pulls the chair out and
sits down. he places the clipboard in-front of him and he
puts the audio recorder on the table. he presses record and
pushes the recorder to the centre of the table on the right
hand side.

SARGENT PARKER
Hello, My name is Sargent Parker. I
will be interviewing you today. we
will be discussing the disseverance
of Tony Blackwell and James
Mcguinness. do any of these names
ring a bell?

Maddie shakes her head while still looking down. she has
not looked up yet in the conversation.

SARGENT PARKER
right, ok. let's have a look at
your file. (mumbles to himself.
speaking occasionally on key
details) ex-military psychiatrist,
attacked by client with a knife,
served for 5 years total.

Maddie begins to look up at the Sargent.

SARGENT PARKER
what happened when you got
attacked?

she ignores this question and begins to talk about the

names.

MADDIE
what did they look like? I don't
remember their names.

the Sargent takes two pictures of his clipboard and places

them on the table facing towards Maddie.

SARGENT PARKER
these are the two men.

he points to the one on the left.

SARGENT PARKER
this is Tony Blackwell.

he points to the one on the right.

SARGENT PARKER
and, this is James mcguinness.

Maddie takes a second to look over the pictures and shakes

her head.

MADDIE
Don't recognize them

she begins to look up and around the room.

SARGENT PARKER
are you sure you don't recognize
them? they're disappearances are
both linked back to you.

maddie's is still looking up and around the room. making

harsh eye contact with the cameras in the corner of the
room.

MADDIE
are those cameras recording?
