ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

September 1 – 30, 2023

 Conducted Assessment ang Community based organizing in various municipalities in the

Province of Misamis Oriental particularly among the WOMEN’s SECTOR to prepare them for
opportunities in Livelihood and their chosen business venture; pointing out capacity matching
thru capacity building and development vis-à-vis their identified and chosen business venture

 Engaged in in-depth organizing in different sectors in different localities in Misamis Oriental,

giving preferential attention to the Women’s sector focusing discussions on gender sensitivity and
development

 Strategized feasible work plan with the Documentation Team to attain target goals in community
assessment and profiling pertaining to Women’s Affairs and efficient flow of social services
extended to the community within the area of jurisdiction assigned to me

 Established coordinative efforts with the PGO thru the COS to channel appropriate suggestions
and proposals on key policies and programs to be spearheaded by the office of the Local Chief
Executive especially on projects and events that deals and affects gender equality and social
welfare development.

 Arranged and facilitated dialogues and consultations among Local Chief Executives in the
province to be able to come up with a workable and feasible priority projects to be discussed in
every CONSULTATIVE Meetings with the Governor during ALL Serbisyong PAGLAUM
platform in the province

 Provided technical assistance to the SOCIAL MEDIA Platform of the PGO being part of the pmu-
socmed Team with a specific task to write messages and speeches of the Governor as instructed
by the latter and formulate scripts and storyline for all Audio-Visual Presentation (AVP) in
specific events as directed by the Governor

 Performed other related tasks directed thru the discretionary judgement of the Governor in the
exigency of Public Service and furnished routine reports therein
