C. Workshop activities
Disassembly and Pump dismantling and cleaning all parts.

Pre-installation inspection Inspection of corrosion grade and wear. Sizing and recording of parts conditions before coating application.
Coating application 1) Primary blasting: Grit blasting of the area to be coated.
2) Cleaning: Cleaning to acceptable chloride levels
3) Preparation: Casing.- Masking areas (cover mating surfaces, flange surfaces)
4) Secondary blasting: Re-grit blasting of areas to be coated.
SSPCSP10 & Surface roughness 75 μm
5) Corrosion-resistant coating: All surfaces are coated with a corrosion-resistant coating.
Repair of damage parts, loss of wall thickness and profile forming at the same time.
Coating thickness: Casing > 1000 μm
Impeller > 500µm
6) Finishing process: Coating areas are finished to an appropriate profile.
7) Energy-saving coating : Full glide coating to the correct profile
Parts replacement 1) Replacement of wear parts: Bearings, O-ring, packing and other consumable parts
2) Replacement of 2 shaft sleeves.
Maintenance and repair 1) Measurement of shaft run-out.
2) Measurement of gap between bearing and wear ring.
3) Repair of casing gland forming.
Completion inspections 1)Pinhole inspection of the coating parts
2)Coating thickness inspection (casing: 1.0mm or more, impeller: 0.5mm or more)
3) Impeller balancing test (dynamic balancing test according to G6.3 standard)
Assembly and 1) Coating, O/H of all parts, rotor assembly and adjustment.
