1. Figure Q1 shows an assembly drawing of Shock Assembly. It consists of Eight different

components shown in drawing attach in Appendix with dimensions in millimetres.
a) Construct a 3D model for each component shown in the Appendix to produce
engineering drawing.
i. Provide drawing in template paper size A4 with clear view.
ii. Provide drawing in FIRST ANGLE OF PROJECTION including front, top and
isometric with full dimensions and print the drawing A4 size.

b) Produce the assembly drawing as shown in Figure Q1.
i. Provide in template paper size A4 with title block include title, your name and
company name. (2 marks)
ii. The parts list of the components (8 marks)
iii. Balloon annotation. (8 marks)
iv. Provide the part assembly and print the assembly drawing in best fit condition
(A4).
