I. ETAP Software & License
The software program is available in ETAP 21.0.1 version which runs in 64-bit Microsoft Windows 7 / 8 / 8.1 / 10, Windows
Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016 & 2019 operating systems. Please refer to the enclosed “ETAP 21 System Requirements”.
The above price includes first-year off-site software support via ETAP Help Center web portal, email, and phone. In addition,
one full year of program upgrades is included in the Upgrade and User-Support Contract (UUC). You will directly receive all
upgrades (through download from the ETAP Help Desk web portal) that are released for your ETAP system during your UUC
period - at no additional charge. Follow-up user support and program upgrades for the Single-Commercial license will be
provided at 12% of the prevailing integrated price annually.
The licensee is Edwin Loquina, for Davao City office. Note the software is provided with a USB security dongle key. If the
dongle key is defective or damaged and the UUC is valid, it can be replaced by returning it for replacement. However, if it is
lost or stolen, it cannot be replaced.
Note that the terms and condition of the ETAP License Agreement (LGA) accepted upon installation will apply to this order.

II. Ordering & Payment

To order the license for ETAP, we need the following:
(a) Purchase order
(b) Payment
(c) Contact information (name and email) of the license custodian. The license custodian will be the one to receive email
notifications when new version of ETAP becomes available.
The payment is to be deposited or wired to our bank account. The bank account information will be provided at the time of the
order. Note any bank deposit or wire fee is a separate charge and the responsibility of the payor. If tax is withheld, the BIR
2307 shall be provided and send by courier (e.g. LBC, 2GO, etc.) to Eltechs E&C Corp. office.

III. Delivery
The license dongle key and pertinent documents will be delivered to Edwin Loquina, Davao City residence through LBC in 20
working days (under normal condition i.e., no pandemic or calamities) upon receipt of the order. While the ETAP Software
installer is distributed as download and the designated license custodian must sign-up to the ETAP Help Center Portal at
https://helpcenter.etap.com/ to download.

IV. Non-Exclusive Basic Online Training

After purchased of the license, up to two engineers from the company can join, for free, one of our ETAP 100PH Half-Day
basic online trainings being held on a pre-set schedule. Please visit https://etap.com/events/events-schedule or
www.eltechs.com.ph for details. Seat reservation is limited and on a first-come-first serve basis.

V. Others
On-site software support (e.g., software installation), training, and other related services are not included in the price.
This quote is a matter to be kept confidential between ETAP, Eltechs E&C Corporation and Edwin Loquina.
