Subject: (INSTRUCTION REGARDING WINTER VACATION WORK FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24)

In accordance with directives from the esteemed Secretary of Education KP E&SED, this notice
serves as an instruction for all teaching staff within Cluster 10 to diligently plan and assign winter vacation
work for the upcoming academic year 2023-24.

Considering the impending final term examinations scheduled for the 2nd week of March 2024, it
is imperative that winter vacation activities are thoughtfully designed. The objective is to engage students
in meaningful learning activities while simultaneously preparing them for the forthcoming examinations.

I would like to emphasize that no negligence or excuses will be acceptable in this matter. Teachers
failing to adhere to this directive will be subject to immediate reporting to the Secretary of Education KP
E&SED. Further actions, as per the KP E&D Rules of 2011, will be taken accordingly.

Your prompt attention to this matter is highly appreciated. Please ensure that all necessary steps
are taken to comply with the outlined instructions and contribute to the academic success of our students.
