Acceptable Customer Implementation A speciKed number of API calls are included as part of each Billable Transaction (i.e., ride or delivery). The Use Limit for

Integration Test Suite For any usage beyond these caps, Google reserves the right to charge at the Overage prices per your Agreement.
Service SpeciKc Terms Overages calculations will be performed in aggregate across all usage during the course of an invoice cycle, rather than
Overage Pricing on each individual Billable Transaction. For example, if a customer performs one million Billable Transactions during a
User Guide - Managing Trips monthly invoice cycle, then they will be charged an Overage for any usage above three million Static Maps calls. If only
two million Static Maps calls are made, then no Overage Fee will be charged, even if some individual rides go above the
three call Use Limit.

 Note: For Services that have a per-ride cap of zero, these services are not intended to be used consistently as part of the On-demand
Rides and Deliveries Solution. Any usage should be discussed with Google, and Google reserves the right to charge all usage at the
overage prices.
