Dear Sir,

This is a reference to the Joint visit carried out on date -16/02/2022 with Piyush Sir (Howe Rep) for
the approval of M/s Vipul Construction Concrete Batching plant situated at location -Bhuj Road
Nana Kapaya Near Maruti Showroom Mundra.

Observation of Setting up a Quality Lab/testing facility for aggregates testing, Cube testing, etc
was raised.

Now we are pleased to inform you that M/s Vipul Const. has a setup testing facility required for
aggregate testing, Slump Testing, Cube testing, etc at B/plant premises.

A joint visit was carried out on date -22/02/2022 after setting up the testing facility along with
Mr.Om Prakash Sir (Howe Rep).

I attached the following documents as discussed during a joint visit for your kind review-

1) Batching Plant Calibration

2) Lab Equipments Calibration.
3) Water Test Report.
4)Coarse / Fine Aggregates Test Report.

In view of the above, we request you to please approve M/s Vipul Construction batching Plant for
Concreting in the RE-209 project.
