Dear Sir,

Sub: Quality Audit at our project “Mahaveer Ranches” in Bangalore.

With reference to discussions we had, we are pleased to place the work order for the above work
with the following terms and conditions:-

1. Scope of Work:

a) Visit to site twice in a month

b) Review of Quality Control records

c) Review of Construction practices being followed.

d) Inspection of construction material at site.

e) Inspect weigh batching plant and concrete production.

f) Overall quality of work executed

g) Discussions with site engineers regarding any site related problems

h) Interact with Vice President, Project Manager and Asst. General Manager

i) Suggestions if any required to improve the quality of work

j) Any other problems at construction site

2. The Chargers for the Services rendered by your Company is Rs. 30,000-/- per month

3. The Service Taxes will be paid extra as per norms.

4. Your Service will Starts from Jan.2015 and up to June 2016.

5. Payment Terms:59,08,424

a) Payments will be made as against the Reports within 7days from the date of
submission of the Report.

b) Payment schedule – Once in a Month.

6. The company reserves the right to terminate the services, which is not found satisfactory by
the consultant and which is not as per the agreed clauses. Also the management has the
authority to appoint other consultant to carry out the scope of works.

7. Taxes:

1. TDS will be deducting from consultants bills.

2. The Copy of Service tax paid receipt to be submitted to RSPL for reference and records.

Please acknowledge the receipt of this work order and return the duplicate copy of this work
