BRAIN CT SCAN

FINDINGS:

o Normal lateral , third and fourth ventricles .

o Normal corpus callosum and central midline structures.
o Both cerebellar hemispheres appear normal.
o Brain stem appears norma
o Normal both eye globes.

IMPRESSION:

 Chronic lacunar infarctions seen in left basal ganglia largest one 17mm
 No intracranial hemorrhage or obvious recent infarction for clinical
correlation and follow up.
 Mild senile brain atrophy manifested by dilated extra-axial CSF space and
ventricles.
