The 37th World Youth Day will take place in Lisbon, Portugal this coming August 1-6, 2023 with the
international theme “Mary arose and went with haste” [Lk 1:39].

In line with the international celebration, the San Pablo Youth Commission will hold its 5 th local
celebration in our diocese with the theme “World Youth Day Laguna 2023: Tumindig, Humayo,
Arats Na!” on August 5-6, 2023 (Saturday around 6pm to 8am in the morning of Sunday) at Colegio
de San Juan de Letran, City of Calamba, Laguna.

By signing this consent form, you are allowing your son/daughter to participate in the said event.
