important than one’s health? in my opinion, both are important because religious involvement and spirituality are associated with better health outcomes, including greater longevity, and health-related quality of life. Indirectly, Religion has the potential to be a social factor of health. Many religiously associated or faith-based groups are directly involved in the delivery of health care. 2. HOW DO YOU KEEP YOUR RELIGIOUS PRACTICES ACTIVE DURING MCO
I will make sure my RELIGIOUS PRACTICE IS ACTIVE DURING MCO is by
inviting all MY family members to do religious practices together. For example, make sure each of our family members to perform prayers together. If before the mco we perform the prayer at the mosque and after performing our prayers a family will listen to a short talk from the imam of the mosque but considering that our mco cannot attend the mosque, so by this the practice can be continued by being held at home. Dad could give us a few brief talks about daily practices or tell us about the lives of the prophets. Through the activities we do we can ensure that our religious practices remain active even in a state of mco
