Reflection on Professional Growth

(To be completed in Semester 2 at the end of the process)
It is important to think about professional growth so as not to become complacent, as this leads to a
non-engaging environment, for both the students and teacher.
What impact has this had on your teaching/ yourself?

Once completed the plan will be submitted and discussed with the appraiser in October/November. The
plan can be added to during the year as the process progresses. It will then be reviewed near the end of
semester 2 once the summary and reflection has been completed.
