Step 1 : Apply on gujaratuniversity.studentscenter.in

અરજી કરો
 Step 2 : For Fresh Application, Student must
Register.

પગલું 2 : નવી અરજી માટે, વિદ્યાર્થીએ નોંધણી કરાવવી આવશ્યક છે.

Instructions -
Student must input their First Name , Last name , their Name
according to the Marksheet , Gender , select the Country Code and
Mobile Number , Email Address on which student will receive all
the updates and set password .
Student must agree to all Terms & Conditions
After filling these details students must verify their account on
their registered email id and login using their email id and
password.

વિદ્યાર્થીએ માર્ક શીટ, જાતિ અનુસાર તેમનું પ્રથમ નામ, છેલ્લું નામ, તેમનું નામ ઇનપુટ કરવું
આવશ્યક છે, દેશનો કોડ અને મોબાઇલ નંબર, ઇમેઇલ સરનામું પસંદ કરવું પડશે જેના
પર વિદ્યાર્થીને તમામ અપડેટ્સ પ્રાપ્ત થશે અને પાસવર્ડ સેટ કરવામાં આવશે.
વિદ્યાર્થીએ તમામ નિયમો અને શરતો સાથે સંમત થવું આવશ્યક છે
આ વિગતો ભર્યા પછી વિદ્યાર્થીઓએ તેમના રજિસ્ટર્ડ ઈમેલ આઈડી પર તેમનું એકાઉન્ટ
ચકાસવું પડશે અને તેમના ઈમેલ આઈડી અને પાસવર્ડ નો ઉપયોગ કરીને લોગિન કરવું
પડશે.
Step 3 : Select Course, for which you wish to seek
the Provisional Degree Certificate.

પગલું 3 : કોર્સ પસંદ કરો, જેના માટે તમે પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ
મેળવવા માંગો છો.

INSTRUCTIONS
You must select the degree for which you want to seek
the Provisional Degree Certificate.
Select the course from the drop-down. If your course is not
listed, then contact the support staff.
If you wish to seek Provisional Degree certificate for more than 1
Degree, then you don't need to reapply, kindly fill the application
for 1 degree, pay the fees and you may reapply for another
Degree again.

તમારે ડિગ્રી પસંદ કરવી આવશ્યક છે જેના માટે તમે પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવા
માંગો છો.
ડ્રોપ-ડાઉનમાંથી કોર્સ પસંદ કરો. જો તમારો કોર્સ સૂચિબદ્ધ નથી, તો પછી સપોર્ટ સ્ટાફનો
સંપર્ક કરો.
જો તમે 1 ડિગ્રી કરતાં વધુ માટે પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવા માંગતા હો, તો તમારે
ફરીથી અરજી કરવાની જરૂર નથી, કૃપા કરીને 1 ડિગ્રી માટે અરજી ભરો, ફી ચૂકવો અને
તમે બીજી ડિગ્રી માટે ફરીથી અરજી કરી શકો છો.
 Step 4 : Student must fill in all the Correct
EDUCATION DETAILS , as it will be printed on the
Provisional Degree Certificate.

પગલું 4 : વિદ્યાર્થીએ તમામ સાચી શિક્ષણ વિગતો ભરવી આવશ્યક છે,

કારણ કે તે પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ પર છાપવામાં આવશે.
Instructions:
Fields marked with * are mandatory.
Add the educational details for which you want to seek your
Provisional Degree Certificate.
Input data Only of Course which is affiliated to Gujarat University.
Input the enrolment number - it is the unique identification number
based on which your Institute / College will identify your documents.
Seat Number is mentioned on your Hall ticket.
Kindly select your subject specialization of your degree.
Do not forget to save details before proceeding ahead.

સાથે ચિહ્નિત થયેલ ક્ષેત્રો ફરજિયાત છે.
શૈક્ષણિક વિગતો ઉમેરો, જેના માટે તમે તમારું પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ મેળવવા માંગો છો.
ગુજરાત યુનિવર્સિટી સાથે સંલગ્ન ડિગ્રીની જ વિગતો ઇનપુટ કરો.
નોંધણી નંબર દાખલ કરો - તે અનન્ય ઓળખ નંબર છે જેના આધારે તમારી સંસ્થા/કોલેજ
તમારા દસ્તાવેજોને ઓળખશે.
તમારી હોલ ટિકિટ પર સીટ નંબર દર્શાવેલ છે.
કૃપા કરીને તમારી ડિગ્રીના તમારા વિષયની વિશેષતા પસંદ કરો.
આગળ વધતા પહેલા વિગતો સાચવવાનું ભૂલશો નહીં.
 Step 5 : Student must upload the Final Semester
Marksheet and their Photo which will be printed on
their Provisional Degree Certificate.

પગલું 5 : વિદ્યાર્થીએ અંતિમ સેમેસ્ટરની માર્ક શીટ અને તેમનો ફોટો

અપલોડ કરવો આવશ્યક છે જે તેમના પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ
પર છાપવામાં આવશે.
Instructions:
Upload the documents in jpg/jpeg/png/pdf format only .
Maximum file size should be 5 MB.
Marksheet has to be uploaded in the original copy . In case of
Photocopy being uploaded, Attestation is mandatory.
Kindly upload your Final Semester Pass Marksheet.
Kindly upload your clear photo , it should not be older than 6 months.
Select Delivery Time - Express Delivery Mode takes _ days to process
the application. Normal Delivery Mode takes _ days to process the
application .
Kindly input valid address , as certificate will be couriered on
mentioned address only
Do not forget to save details before proceeding ahead .

સૂચનાઓ:
દસ્તાવેજો માત્ર jpg/ jpeg/ png અથવા pdf ફોર્મેટમાં અપલોડ કરો.
ફાઇલનું મહત્તમ કદ 5 MB હોવું જોઈએ.
માર્ક શીટ મૂળ નકલમાં અપલોડ કરવાની રહેશે. જો ફોટોકોપી / ઝેરોક્ષ નકલો અપલોડ કરવામાં
આવી રહી હોય,તો પ્રમાણીકરણ ફરજિયાત છે.
કૃપા કરીને તમારી અંતિમ સેમેસ્ટર પાસની માર્ક શીટ અપલોડ કરો.
કૃપા કરીને તમારો સ્પષ્ટ ફોટો અપલોડ કરો, તે 6 મહિના કરતાં જૂ નો ન હોવો જોઈએ.
ડિલિવરી સમય પસંદ કરો - એક્સપ્રેસ ડિલિવરી મોડ એપ્લિકેશન પર પ્રક્રિયા કરવામાં _ દિવસ
લે છે. (નોંધ -ડિલિવરીની સમયરેખા).નોર્મલ ડિલિવરી મોડ એપ્લિકેશન પર પ્રક્રિયા કરવામાં _
દિવસ લે છે. (નોંધ - વિતરણની સમયરેખા)
કૃપા કરીને માન્ય સરનામું ઇનપુટ કરો, કારણ કે પ્રમાણપત્ર ફક્ત ઉલ્લેખિત સરનામા પર જ
કુરિયર કરવામાં આવશે
આગળ વધતા પહેલા વિગતો સાચવવાનું ભૂલશો નહીં
Step : 6 Student can Preview Details filled by them ,
as it will be printed on the Provisional Degree
Certificate and pay the Provisional Degree Fees .

પગલું : 6 વિદ્યાર્થી તેમના દ્વારા ભરવામાં આવેલી વિગતોનું પૂર્વાવલોકન

કરી શકે છે, કારણ કે તે પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ પર પ્રિન્ટ કરવામાં
આવશે અને પછી પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ ફીની ચુકવણી તરફ
આગળ વધશે.
Step 7 : Payment Details, Student can select Delivery
Mode and fees will be updated accordingly.

પગલું 7 : ચુકવણીની વિગતો, વિદ્યાર્થી ડિલિવરી મોડ પસંદ કરી શકે છે

અને તે મુજબ ફી અપડેટ કરવામાં આવશે.

Registered Address
Instructions –
Before proceeding for the fee payment , Student must confirm
all the details filled by them .
Student must select the delivery mode – Immediate / Normal
Mode .Immediate Mode – The Provisional Degree Certificate
will be issued in __ working days .Normal Mode – The
Provisional Degree Certificate will be issued in __ working days .
Student must confirm the address of delivery which is inputted
by them / can add other address for delivery.
The fees paid are non – refundable . So pay the fees only if sure
After Payment , student must download the fee receipt .
My application Tab will be generated where student can check
the status of their application .

સૂચનાઓ -
ફીની ચુકવણી માટે આગળ વધતા પહેલા, વિદ્યાર્થીએ તેમના દ્વારા ભરેલી તમામ
વિગતોની પુષ્ટિ કરવી આવશ્યક છે.
વિદ્યાર્થીએ એક ડિલિવરી મોડ પસંદ કરવો આવશ્યક છે - તાત્કાલિક / સામાન્ય
મોડ તાત્કાલિક મોડ - પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ __ કામકાજના દિવસોમાં જારી
કરવામાં આવશે. સામાન્ય સ્થિતિ - પ્રોવિઝનલ ડિગ્રી સર્ટિફિકેટ __ કામકાજના
દિવસોમાં જારી કરવામાં આવશે.
વિદ્યાર્થીએ ડિલિવરીનું સરનામું કન્ફર્મ કરવું આવશ્યક છે જે તેમના દ્વારા ઇનપુટ
કરવામાં આવ્યું છે / ડિલિવરી માટે અન્ય સરનામું ઉમેરી શકે છે.
ચૂકવેલ ફી બિન-રિફં ડપાત્ર છે. તેથી જો ખાતરી હોય તો જ ફી ચૂકવો.
ચુકવણી પછી, વિદ્યાર્થીએ ફીની રસીદ ડાઉનલોડ કરવી આવશ્યક છે.
માઇ એપ્લિકેશન ટેબ જનરેટ કરવામાં આવશે જ્યાં વિદ્યાર્થી તેમની અરજીની
સ્થિતિ ચકાસી શકે છે.
