પ્રવેશ કન્જફમમ (Confirm) કરાવવા બાબતે અગત્યની સૂચના –(રાઉન્જિ -૦૧ )

ડિગ્રી એન્જીનીયરીીંગ અભ્યાસક્રમોના પ્રથમ રાઉન્જિમાીં જે ઉમેદવારોને પ્રવેશ ફાળવવા મા આવેલ છે તેવા ડવદ્યાથીઓએ
1. એલોટમેન્જટ રીઝલ્ટ કે ન્જિીિેટ લોગ ઇન થકી “Seat Allotment result” મેનુ માીં જોઈ શકાશે. પ્રવેશ કન્જફમમ (admission confirm)
કરવા ની સમયમયામદા 06.07.2023 to 11.07.2023 છે .
2. સૂચના-૧ માીં ઉલ્લેડિત સમયગાળા દરડમયાન ક્રેડિટ કાિમ / િેડબટ કાિમ / નેટ બેડન્જકીંગ/UPI નો ઉપયોગ કરીને પોતાના લોગીન
થકી ફક્ત ઓનલાઈન પેમેન્જટ મોિ દ્વારા “Seat Acceptance Payment Details” માીં દશામવેલ ટોકન ટ્યુશન ફી ભરીને પ્રવેશ કન્જફમમ
કરવાનો રહેશ.ે
3. ડનર્ામડરત સમયમયામદામાીં ઓનલાઇન ચુકવણી ગેટવે દ્વારા ફી ની ચુકવણી થયા પછી, તમારો પ્રવેશ આપમેળે તરત જ કન્જફમમ
(confirm) થશે.
4. જો ફીનો ઉલ્લેિ શૂન્જય હોય તો ઉમેદવાર ે પ્રવેશ કન્જફમમ કયામ બાદ તેઓ તેમનો એિમીશન લેટર સીર્ો મેળવી શકશે. અને જો તમે
આ પ્રેવશ ફાળવણી કન્જફમમ કરવા માીંગતા નથી, તો તમે પ્રવેશ રદ કરી શકો છો.
5. એિડમશન લેટર ડપ્રન્જટ કરવા માટે , તમાર ે લોગીન કરી ને “Seat Allotment Result ” મેનુ હે ઠળ “Download Admission Letter”
પર ડલલક કરીને એિડમશન લેટર નુીં ડપ્રન્જટઆઉટ લઈ શકો છો. જો તમે સમય મયામદામાીં તમને ફાળવેલ પ્રવેશ જો આપ કન્જફમમ નાીં
કરો તો આ ફાળવણી રદ થશે. પરીં તુ કાઉન્જસેડલીંગના આગલા રાઉન્જિમાીં આપ ભાગ લઇ શકશો. ફાળવેલ પ્રવેશ કન્જફમમનાીં
કરવાથી બીજા રાઉન્જિ માીં એ બેઠક મેળવવા પાત્ર થશે નડહ.
6. જો તમે અનુસૂડચત જાડત (એસસી) અથવા અનુસૂડચત જનજાડત (એસટી) કે ટે ગરીના છો અને સેલ્ફ ફાઇનાન્જસ ઇડન્જટટટ્યૂટમાીં
પ્રવેશ મળે લ છે અને ફી ઝીરો છે , તો તમાર ે પ્રવેશ મળે લ સીંટથામાીં "ફ્રી ડશપકાિમ " જમા કરાવવુીં પિશે. અન્જયથા તમાર ે સીંટથાને
લાગુ પિતી ફી ભરવાની રહેશ.ે
7. જો તમે ફાળવેલ પ્રવેશ રદ(Withdraw) કરવા માીંગતા હોવ તો ડનયત સમય મયામદા મા તમારા િાતામા લોગીન કરી ને
“Admission Details” -> “Admission withdraw” બટન ડલલક કરો. તમારા મોબાઇલ પર પ્રાપ્ત ઓટીપી (OTP) દાિલ કરો અને
”Confirm Admission/ Withdraw” બટન ડલલક કરો. રદ કર ેલ પ્રવેશ ફરી થી સુડનડિત થઇ શકાશે નડહ જેની િાસ નોીંર્ લેવી.
8. પ્રવેશ ફાળવણી જોવા અને Confirm કરવાની ગાઈિ લાઈન આ નોટીસ ના પેજ ન.3 થી દશામવામાીં આવેલ છે .

Important Instructions for Confirming Admission for Candidates Admitted to Degree
Engineering Courses – Actual Round 1
Students who have been allotted admission in the first round of Degree Engineering courses: -
1. Candidate can see allotment result by candidate login in “Seat Allotment result” menu. Deadline for confirming
admission is 06.07.2023 to 11.07.2023 .
2. Admission has to be confirmed by paying the token tuition fee displayed in “Seat Acceptance Payment Details” through
online payment mode only using credit card / debit card / net banking/UPI during the period mentioned above.
3. Once the fee has been paid through the online payment gateway within the stipulated time frame, your admission will
be automatically confirmed immediately.
4. If the fee mentioned in the “Seat Acceptance Payment Details” is zero then candidate has to confirm admission online
and download admission letter. If you do not want to confirm the admission, then you can withdraw admission from
login.
5. To print the admission letter, you can login and take a printout of the admission letter by clicking on the “Download
Admission Letter” under the “Seat Allotment Result ”menu. This allotment will be canceled if you do not confirm the
admission allotted to you within the time limit. But you will be able to participate in the next round of counseling. Not
Confirming the allotted admission in actual round will not qualify for the same seat in the second round.
6. If you are of Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) category and have got admission in Self Finance Institute and
the fee shown is zero, you have to submit "Free Shipcard" to the admitted institution. Otherwise you will have to pay
the applicable fee to the organization.
7. If you want to withdraw the allotted admission, login to your account within the stipulated time limit and click
“Admission Details” -> “Admission withdraw” button. Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click the “Confirm
Admission / Withdraw” button. Please note that withdrawn/cancelled admissions cannot be reinstate.
8. Steps to view and confirm admission allotment are motioned in page no. 3. of this notice.

6) Selecte Mode of Payment and Click on pay Fee

7) By clicking on Pay Fee, fee and payment gateway will be display as below. Here you
can see your details like name, fee amount and Date of birth. Now click on proceed for
payment.

8) By clicking on proceed for payment display shows various options for fee payment,
Select any one as per your convenience and complete the payment process

9) After successful payment. Transaction details will be show as below. Now click on go
back button to download admission letter.

10) Clicking on go back button. Display shows completed activities in green and new
Download Admission letter Tab will be activated to download admission letter.

11) By clicking on download admission letter button display shows seat allotment
details and Download Letter button. By clicking on Download letter candidate can able
to print and download pdf of Admission letter.
