It is to submit that, the work "Construction of Check dam across
you vide
River near, Panyala (V), Hathnoora (M" agreement was concluded by
reference 1" cited for an amount of Rs.68.09 Lakhs with a stipulated period for
completion of the work by 9 months i.e.upto 06.11.2019. But as on today you have
completed only 45% of the work and now the work is in stand still condition. Through
reference 2nd &4th reference cited, already notices was issued toyou to start the work
within three days but you have not resume the work.

Hence a final notice is herewith issued and instructed to resume the balance
work immediately, and complete the work immediately, otherwise action will be
initiated as per codal rules.
