The architectures of houses in Russia is different than in USA.Buldings in modern towns in

Russia are usually tall.Here in USA,they are not tall even a three story building is not
common.All the rooms in Russian apartments have walls and doors.Here some rooms are
not separated from each other.For example,in my apartment ,the kitchen,dining room,and
living room are one big open space.In Russia the walls are usually covered with
wallpaper,which is often beautiful.Here ,I have only seen wallpaper in kitchens.Our floors
are usually wood.There is no wall-to wall carpeting.But often we have very rugs on the
floor.Houses in villages and some towns in Russia don’t have modern conveniences such as
toilets ,bathrooms and cold and hot water inside the house.Toilets are outside the
house ,and water has to be taken from wells.Houses are big ,comfortable,and well equipped
but in Russia they are cozier.
