It is submitted that offices of DEO / Dy: DEO (Female) Kohistan Lower has recently been
Establishment at Pattan at present, only one Assistant and one Senior Clerk are working in this office, which
are not enough to meet the requirement/completion of official work.

The following sanctioned posts are laying vacant 1- superintendent 2- junior clerk.

An inter district transfer case of one Mr: Shah Jehan junior clerk from DEO (male) Kohistan
upper to DEO (female) Kohistan lower has already been submitted vide dated 03/05/2019, with
recommendation of both DEOs Kohistan upper & lower, and it is pending in directorate. (Copy of the same
attached).

In view of the above name junior clerk may kindly be transferred and posted in this office,
being local.

So that official work of the office could be completed timely.
