• First slide should give an outline of the presentation which should be followed in the rest
of the presentation.
• Slides should be organized in proper order.
• Content in slides must be point wise (too much text should be avoided).
• Avoid the use of distracting animation.
• The slides should have no spelling mistakes, repeated words, grammatical errors etc.
• Use tables, diagrams and charts to illustrate the architecture, algorithms and results.
• Use a conclusion slide to summarize the main points.
• The last slide must contain references of atleast 5-6 books/articles on that topic in a
standard IEEE format (Refer to IEEE format).
• In IEEE citations, the references should be numbered and appear in the order they appear
in the text. When referring to a reference in the text of the document, put the number of
the reference in square brackets. Eg: [1].
• PRESENTATION MUST BE SELF-PREPARED AND NOT DOWNLOADED
FROM THE NET. STRICT ACTION WILL BE TAKEN AGAINST
PLAGIARISM.
GUIDELINES FOR PREPARING REPORT
The following guidelines must be followed while preparing the Industrial Training Report:
IEEE format
• Book

Example:

• Book Chapters
