1. Purpose
This procedure defines the producer for Overprinting of packaging supplies

2. Scope

This procedure is applicable to oral liquid filling in Humanwell Pharmaceutical Ethiopia

4. Responsibility

It will be the responsibility of the shift leaders & supervisors to follow the procedure. Quality
assurance manager is responsible for SOP compliance.

6.1. The text i.e .B.No . Mfg . date , Exp . Date , M.R.P is supplied by the production
supervisor to the overprinting section .
6.2. A specimen of the text overprinted is verified by the production supervisor and rechecked
by the stores in – charge and finally from quality control department.
