This procedure defines the producer that right quantity and quality material is received on the
line before commencing actual-operation

2. Scope

This procedure is applicable to oral liquid filling in Humanwell Pharmaceutical Ethiopia

PLC

3. Validity

This SOP is valid only until next revision date and if it bears control seal.

4. Responsibility

It will be the responsibility of the shift leaders & supervisors to follow the procedure. Quality
assurance manager is responsible for SOP compliance.

5. Material and Equipment

None

6. Procedure
6.1. :The bulk container are having released label for filling
6.2. The filling machine is assured to determine required volume.
6.3. Only washed bottles are used
6.4. Cleaned caps are used
6.5. Filled volume record is to be maintained as per prescribed
6.6. Suspension is filled under constant slow stirring operation and taking care there
is no air trap in the suspension during filling operation
