    Swimmattix Swim School requires one month's written notice to terminate or change a swimming lesson contract. The notice must be emailed to accounts@swimmattix.com and will take effect either at the end of the current month if received before the 10th, or the end of the following month if received after the 10th. Lessons canceled by the school will be made up, but missed lessons or non-attendance by the student does not constitute notice and fees will still be owed. These policies are non-negotiable.

    Policy
    TERMINATING CONTRACT (ONE MONTHS NOTICE
    REQUIRED)
    We'd hate to see you leave and we'd like to first try and assist or accommodate you so you
    can complete your journey here at Swimmattix

    ONE month's written notice is required in the event of terminating OR changing lesson times
    or days. You must email accounts@swimmattix.com to activate this clause only.

    Please take note of the following:


    - Notice received before the 10th we will include that month, after the 10th (including the
    10th) we count the next month as your notice period.- We do not accept termination notices
    via Whatsapp, SMS or over the phone, you have to email accounts@swimmattix.com
    - Notice is calculated from the date we received your cancellation email.
    - Lessons canceled by Swimmattix Swim School will be made up, we do not credit accounts.
    - Lessons missed are considered forfeited (see make up policy for more information)
    - Non-attendance is not a form of notice. (you are still liable for all fees)
    - You are allowed to swim through your notice period, if you choose not to attend fees are
    still due in full.
    - Non-payment will result in us removing you/your child off our schedule, activate this clause
    & bill your notice period.
    - Not being able to find new slot/teacher/do a slot change/class graduation does not waiver
    your notice in any regard (see above how to terminate your contract with Swimmattix)

    Please note this is not a fixed contract therefore there is no cooling off period (as per CPA)
    should you sign up and wish to cancel you will be held liable for your one month's
    notice/fees.

    These conditions are NOT negotiable.
