How I found this apprenticeship/Why did I pick it: This isn’t an apprenticeship, It is a
part-time trainee scheme. I found this by looking at the Radio Today Jobs website, this
website has given me a list of multiple different jobs. I chose this part-time role because It
would put my foot into the audio industry, I would be able to develop my skills which can lead
to me getting a better job in the future.
Description: We’re looking for ONE very special person looking for a next step up in
Podcasting, not just to perform another role in yet another podcast company.

It’s for a bespoke Podcast Production company (audio and visual shows) based in Central
London. We’re not another generic production company looking to pump out arbitrary shows
for quick financial gain, we’re looking to do a LOT more in Podcasting and require another
person to make this happen as one of the small team of FOUNDING members. The role is
that of Assistant/Trainee Producer.

For this part-time role you don't need to have masses of experience but you do need to know
what you're doing with the basics of Social Media. We're also looking to go onto TikTok so
any experience with that platform would be great and put you at the top of the list. If you
have experience in designing on Canva that would be even better.

You must be good with people, reliable and looking to get a foot in the door of podcasting for
the few hours a week needed from us all until we’ve found investment.

For this role we’re looking for someone with personality and who is looking to be part of a
small team with big ambitions, someone who wants to put their name on something they
created, not just a company they work for.
