Chapter1 Safety
Safety always as the important point to be put in the first place. On the premise of using the machine in right way,The
design of the equipment is safe and convenient for both operators and patients.
Warning：
Described in below are the most important safety-related characteristics. Please do pay attention and follow, or will cause
unnecessary trouble.
★ Electric Safety
（1）Key Switch ：It aims to avoid the people to use the machine without permission, Please remove the key when
not use the machine.
（2 ）This equipment has two levels input power voltage, which is AC110V(PZ－838A), AC220V(PZ－ 838). Please
make sure to choose the right power voltage for the machine.
（3）Only after turning off the machine and pulling out the power plug for 10 minutes(to ensure 100% release the left
charge of some spare parts), maintenance steps can be taken.
（ 4 ） Inside the shell has dangerous high voltage, so nobody is allowed to dissemable the spare parts but our factory
appointed engineers.
（5）Don’t wet the host or spray liquid on the host. It will break the equipment and cause electric shock. Please do not try
opening the handle protective shell, which will cause the handle broken.
（6）Please do not start the machine when finding host or treatment handle has water leakage.If water lekage happen
during the treatment, operators should power off the machine immediately.
（7）Make sure your power outlet has protective grounding wire and in safe condition.
★ Treatment Safety

Considering safety reason, some groups should be taken careful treatment, while some are forbidden to give the fat
freezing treatment.
Please see more details on the Chapter 7.
★ Fire Protection
（1）Please do not use the machine under inflammable and explosive environment.
（2）After disinfection, please do not start up the machine until medical alcohol be dried totally.
（3）Please do not leave the machine in working state and unattended。
（4）Please unplug the power cord if the machine needs to be placed long time under no use.
★ Security Labels
（1）“AC220V 50Hz”or“ AC110V 60Hz” represents the input power standard;
（2）“F250V L7A”and“F250V L20A” represents the fuse type and rated value.

Chapter 4 Installation
★ Installation Steps
Please install the machine as follow steps shows:
（1）Open packing and put the host on the smooth ground carefully.
（2）Put the holder in the host socket, put the screw in.
（3）Install the cryo handle holder on the host, put the screw in
（4）Install the cryo handle, and put them on the handle holder.
（5）Installation finished.
★ Adding Coolant Water Steps
Notes：Before taking following steps,please make sure you are familiar with the whole machine structure(Find more
details in Chapter 2)
Adding Coolant Water Steps as follows:
（1）Get ready for the purified deionized water or distilled water
（2）Plug the white CPC head on the overflow socket
（3）Plug the specialized adding water funnel on the water inlet
（4）Add water from the water funnel
（5）Add water until there is water flowing out from the Overflow socket,then remove water funnel. Please leave the

white CPC head there on overflow socket , do not remove
（6）Add water successfully first time
（7）Connect power supply line
（ 8 ） After turning on the machine for operation, more water need to be added.When thee water overflow from the
overflow outlet, can start treatment.
Attention：
1. Please do add water when first use the machine
2. Change the water every 3 months(or less)
3. The water must be purified deionized water or distilled water. Mineral water and tap water are forbidden to use, in
case produce Limescale to block the filter
★ Water Drainage Steps
If need to release all the water in the water tank, plug the white CPC head on the water outlet. After the
drainage, remove the CPC head.

Chapter 5 Basic Operation
This chapter mainly introduces the systematic operation steps, not the actual treatment methods. For professional and
standard treatment steps, please refer to the chapter 6—Treatment Procedure.
★ Steps for Starting up Machine
（1）Please make sure the installation finished, and machine already b added right coolant water
（2）Connection line in right place
（3）Rotate the key switch 90 degrees clockwise to start up the machine（Please start treatment after leave machine 2
minutes for water circulation and self-checking
★ Host Screen Operation
(1)Turn on the machine, you will see the following interface with logo(can be customized), as Figure 3 shows:

(2)Then enter the welcome interface, as Figure 3 shows

（3）Then machine will start self-inspection condition, mainly inspect water flow and treatment handles.When
self-inspection finishes, will enter standard by mode, as Figure 4 shows

Explanation on icons in Figure 4 as follow：
1：The part to control Channel1 and parameter setting area（Specific meaning on the following form ）
a：This area shows the handle size and the channel
The handle size: 130,160,220
The channel range: handle1～handle4
For example: As icon shows ，handle 1 stands for the treatment handle(160) is
in channel 1；
b：This area shows cooling temperature(default as 5℃). Operators can adjust it (-11～
5℃)according to requirement by pressing the icons and next to temperature；
c：This area shows the result of water flow detection. If no water flow, red icon will
occur to give warning; If have water flow, blue icon will appear.
d：Clicking this area can switch back and forth between ready for work and stand by.
e：This area shows the treatment time,count from the treatment handle begin to work to
the setted time finished.
This time will be reseted automatically.
f：This area shows the real temperature of treatment handle.

g: Clicking to enter handle parameter setting screen, as follow picture shows
（1） Shows the handles under Channel 3 now, all 4 handles parameters can
be set separately
（2） preheat temperature: 37-42℃ adjustable (default as 40℃). Clicking
& to adjust before treatment starts. It can not be changed once treatment begains.
（3） preheat time: 0～5min adjustable (default as 3min ) .
Clicking & to adjust before treatment starts. It can not be changed once
treatment begains.
（4） Shows the preseted treatment time: 20～99min adjustable
(default as 60min )
Clicking & to adjust before treatment starts. It can not be changed once
treatment begins.
（5） Shows the vacuum intensity: 1～8 adjustable(default as 3 )

（6） P1 & P2 two mode optional
P1 shows: continuous mode
P2 shows: massage mode
（7） Treatment head control lock: working only during treatment.
When it shows , the small screen is locked, all parameters can’t be adjusted.
When it shows , the small screen is unlocked, all parameters on small screen can be
adjusted.

5：When all the treatment handle are under situation，clicking to enter the self-cleaning screen(as follow
table shows)
a: Advanced Settings entrance:Specially for manufacturer use to adjust parameters.
Customers are not allowed to use.
b: Clicking to enter the self-cleaning mode.
c: Clicking to stop self-cleaning anytim.
d:Clicking to go back to stand by screen.（As picture 3 shows）
e:The default cleaning time is 5 minutes.

★ Cryo Controlling Button Function

The first press = start vacuum to suck the fat, treatment starts
The second press = Keep the vacuum(press when fat occupy almost 2/3 cup) The second press = Stop the treatment
Attention：
Please obey following rules in case bring you troubles during usage.
（1）Pulling out and plug the treatment head are forbidden when the machine under working, it may damage the handle.
Please do remove and change the handle after stop the machine.
（2）Please change the water every 3 months (or shorter times). See more details in previous chapter.
（3）When the atmosphere temperature too low, or the machine was put long time for no use, please do get the host
temperature to at least 10 ℃ before using.
（4）In order to make the machine working at good cooling condition, please do not put the machine against the wall and
at least keep it 30cm distance away
（5）Please do not use the machine under humid and strong sunlight environment.

（6）Please do not use the machine under strong electromagnetic field.
Chapter 6 Treatment
This machine is equipped with 4 handles so that can treat 4 areas simultaneously. While for the same customer, we
generally suggest at most treat 2 areas same time.
The more details on treatment will be shown on next paragraphs.
★ Treatment Steps
（1）After starting, the system enter idle interface as (Figure 4) shows.
（2）Ask patients if there is other disease inapplicable to the treatment.
（3）Check the thickness of the fat with the help of fat calipers. Then set off parameters(such as the cooling temperature
and treatment time)
Can refer to follows fat thickness reference table.
（3）Clean treated area, especially with hair area.
（4）Mark the size of treatment area.
（5）Open the package of antifreeze membranes.

（6）First, take out the small antifreeze membrane and smear the edge and inside of cooling fat dissolving handle.
（7）Then open the big antifreeze membrane as follow picture shows.
（8）Paste antifreeze membrane on treatment area as following picture shows
（9）When giving waist and abdomen treatment, best with sitting position, making upper body and thigh to 90 degrees
as follow picture shows.
（10）Click to start the machine. When the icon changes from to ，the host is ready for working

（11）Hold the cooling treatment handle to suck the treated area gently as following picture shows. Press the control
button once to start vacuum suction.
（12）The first press = start vacuum to suck the fat, treatment starts
The second press = Keep the vacuum(press when fat occupy almost 2/3 cup)
The third press = Stop the treatment
（13）When treatment begins, if necessary, can use bandage to fix the handle as follow picture shows:
（14）When the first area treatment start timing, the second area treatment can be started.The operation same as the first
area.
★ Treatment Tips
After treatment, damage, minor frostbite, skin pigment may occur at the treated area. With proper care, skin will back to
normal condition soon.
While please pay much more attention to following tips

（1）The machine must be operated by professionals.
（2）The treatment without anti-freeze protection is banned strictly. During treatment, please ensure anti-freezing
membranes completely cover the therapeutics part, otherwise will cause frostbite, ect.
Please do choose the qualified anti-freeze membranes(consumables, customer need to buy on self)for the treatment to
ensure safety.
If the liquid in anti-freezing membrane is too little (normally when open the package, you can see there is little liquid in
bag or the membrane is very moist), please do not use. Abundant liquid can well protect the skin from been frostbite.
(3) For customers who use for the first time, users shouldn’t choose below -8 degree to -11 degree, it’s only suitable for
fat layer thickness reaching 55mm or more. Please don’t use it if the fat is less than 55mm or it will have risk of cold
injury.
Clinical shown that exceptional customer with very low cold tolerance even can’t be used under －5℃, or will have
frostbite risk.
For this kind special customers, we suggest temperature －5℃ to 0℃.
(4) For sucking in the skin at the beginning of the treatment, users can choose vacuum pressure (40-70kpa) after 3
minutes, please adjust pressure to 40kpa, long time in high pressure(40-70kpa) during the treatment will increase the risk
of skin blisters.
(5)Please do not treat a large area of body or treat the adjacent part of the body that you have been treated in the same
course of treatment(as follow picture shows)

For example:
If you operated part 1, please do not operate part 2 or part4, while part 3 is available for the treatment. If against this
regulation, light will cause the metabolic disorders, heavy then cause metabolic acidosis and the toxins from the body
doesn’t stranded.
(6) Generally, have the second cryolipolysis session good for consolidating the result.
But please leave 2 months interval between 2 cryolipolysis sessions for the same area.
(7) Operators can adjust according to referential parameters on screen.Of course can adjust the parameters according to
different customer condition in subsequent treatments.
(8) After treatment, please Check the therapeutic part if the skin becomes harder or has lump, please use warm towel (42
degree) to cover the skin for 10 minutes.
Then the treatment part will have blebs, skin will scab after the bubble bursts, keep cold injury wound clean and dry,
apply frostbite cream for a few days and the wound would heal.
Another processing method of deal with bleb:

Because of frostbite, if you have bleb, mild on;y prevention of infection. Severe should aseptic puncture fluid, coated
with basic violet 3 of 1%--2% is ok.
(9) Please put the handle on the holder when not use it.When handle start working, the handle has to be put on the
treatment area.
Chapter 7 Application Guide
★ Working Theory
As triglyceride in fats will be converted into solid in particular low temperatures. It uses advanced cooling technology to
selectively target fat bulges and dissolve fat cells through a gradual process that does not harm the surrounding tissues,
reduce unwanted fat, when fat cells are exposed to precise cooling, they trigger a process of natural removal that
gradually reduces the thickness of the fat layer. And the fat cells in the treated area are gently dissolved through the
body’s normal metabolism process, to dissolve unwanted fat.
★ Contradictions
The following crowds are forbidden to use the cryolipolysis machine
(1)Patients who used by heart rare regulator, cardiac pacemaker, ECS (electro-cardioscanner);
(2)The use of artificial bone;
(3)Patients with silicosis;
(4)Drunk or high fever patients;
(5)Patients with higher sensitivity mental disease and epilepsy patients;
(6)Patients with no independent expression consciousness and can not take care of themselves;
(7)Patients with metal materials in body (including metal teeth), pregnant women, cachexia, malignant tumor;

(8)Severe hypertension and severe patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease;
(9)Patients with renal failure;
(10)Patients with severe infection.
(11)People with Liver problems;
(12)People with The Raynaud’s disease;
(13)People with Severe cold urticaria;
(14)People with Cryoglobulinemia;
(15)People with Cold fiber hypoproteinemia;
(16)People with Severe frostbite;
(17)People with Severe diabetes and the elderly, young children, frail and so intolerant of cryotherapy;

Q1: What is the process of the freeze fat-dissolving Method?

A1: Complete the treatment table--Ask and check the physical condition--locate the treated area--Paste antifreeze

Q2: How does the freeze fat-dissolving Method work?
A2: Frozen wave controlled by non-invasive launcher precisely work on the treated parts, in particularly the parts of the

Q3: What are the characteristics of PZ806 cool fat-dissolving method?

Chapter 8 Maintenance and Repair
Attention：
Please obey the following suggestions, or may broken the machine and bring you unnecessary troubles.
★ Touch Screen Maintenance
（1）Do not use sharp objects to touch touch screen.

（2）Please keep touch screen clean, potion or other stains are avoided.
（3）Please keep the screen dry.
（4）Do not use alcohol or detergent to clean the touch screen. If necessary, please use soft and clean cotton to wipe
carefully.
(5) Do not strike or squeeze the touch screen.
★ Storage and Transport
After the instrument is packed well, users can store it in a drafty room: the temperature is -10℃~50℃, relative humidity
is not above 70%, without corrosive gas.
If special handling measure have to be taken during transport or storage, the packaging shall be marked accordingly .
The permissible environmental conditions for transport and storage shall be marked on the outside of the packaging.
