show my interest in filling the Coffee Roaster in Indorasa Company that has
been advertise on Instagram ( lokerbarista )

My qualifications mostly suitable with the job requirements. I have passionate

in Coffee Industry at least for about 6 years as a Barista and Coffee Roaster

I am understand with coffee espresso, coffee brewing techniques, coffee

roasting, cupping sensory, coffee quality inspection, and coffee
developement skills. Have good communication and services. I am humanist,
friendly, personable, and I always willing to learn new things

I can to responsible for maintening in coffee quality control. Initiate on

consistency and continual improvement in roast profile. Can to analysis green
bean sample and creating proper sample roast profile, that is suitable for
each coffee. Can to provide and maintain a proper data logging and ensuring
all coffee proviles are up to date

Ever and joined some coffee local certification such as Barista ACF, Coffee
Processing, Olfactory, Coffee Roasting Class. Join and active in coffee local
community ( Bogor Coffee Community and Indonesian Roaster Guild )

I believe that the skills I learned from my previous job as a Barista and Coffee
Roaster can be beneficial for Indorasa Company
