    8.1 START A NEW VOYAGE 8.2 FOCUS ROUTE – OFFICIAL ENCs CATALOGUE
    ChartBrowser Quick Reference Guide: Part 8 – PAYS Pull Service

    1. Create a new route > ChartBrowser Quick Reference Guide: Part 2 – Routes
    2. Collect charts crossing the route for a new Pull Service > sections 8.2-8.3
    (2) Check (1.1) Select Official (1) Change to tab Charts & Digital
    3. Sending a route update to start a new pull service > sections 8.4 – 8.5
    Inventory ENCs Admiralty Products
    4. Receiving Pull Service Start Confirmation and available updates > section 8.6
    5. Exporting received permits for the current route > section 8.7 (2a) Open … only display
    6. Receive weekly chart updates for the current route > section 8.8 Official ENCs (switch off all
    other products for display) (3) Focus the created
    route based on
     Regularly Chart Updates are distributed each Thursday

    8.3 SELECT INVENTORY CHARTS ALONG ROUTE 8.4 SEND ROUTE UPDATE ONLY

    (4) Click the icon Select Products


    by Route from the Tool Bar

    (4a) Found Products


    Dialogue automatically opens to list
    all licensed ENCs crossing the route
    (5) All found charts backed yellow: (6) Click “Send Route
    Only licensed ENCs found that cross you planned route! Update Only”

    (6a) In case currently any products put in


    the Basket, confirm this message (OK)
    and send your order of the Basket
    products after sending the
    Route Update Request!

    8.5 SELECT MEDIA STATE – SEND REQUEST 8.6 PULL SERVICE START- RECEIVE 1st UPDATES (if available)

    (10) Right after a Pull SERVICE Start confirmation is sent to the vessel, ChartWorld checks for
    available charts updates at this state:

    Select the latest available Base Media Click Export and Save As buttons to save data to

    (8) Click Send 5A and 5B

    to ChartWorld. Confirm sending with OK. Export > 8.7

    8.7 EXPORT PERMIT FOR CHARTS ALONG YOUR VOYAGE ONLY 8.8 RECEIVE WEEKLY PULL SERVICE UPDATE

    (14) Export Chart Permits of the current voyage: (15) Click Tool Bar > Email-button

    Select 1 radio button to only export the Chart Permits of your current voyage
    (updated within the currently running Pull Service! Click on OK to start the export.
    (15a) weekly regular update of charts in
    PULL SERVICE is received (Thursday).

    (15b) Click Export and Save As buttons to


    save data to your machine.
    Next update: upcoming Thursday.
