INSPECTION Results
1. Inspect Batteries and charger for mechanical damage
2. Check installation of battery stand and cells in accordance with GA drawings
3. Inspect cell-to-cell interconnection and tightness of bolted connections
4. Inspect greasing of all cell connections
5. Check electrolyte level. & Type
6. Check wiring and ferruling in accordance with wiring/schematic diagrams
7. Check rating of MCCBs, MCBs, ELCB and fuse
8. Check continuity of fuses
9. Check operation of MCCBs, MCBs, and ELCB
10. Check earthing connections inside the Battery Charger
11. Inspect cable gland for suitability and tightness

12. Record earthing resistance between equipment and earth ring ()
13. Record insulation resistance of main circuit to earth (M)
14. Instruction manual available Yes / No
