First thing: Pick a sustainable diet you can commit to for 100 days
Second thing: Pick a hobby/skill/activity you want to work on for 100 days to present at the
end..
Third thing: Believe that you will miss 10% or less of the daily activities.
Fourth thing: Take a picture on Day 1 and Day 100 for progress results.

Do these 10 daily items:

1. One hour total of physical activity


2. One good deed
3. Maintain a healthy diet
4. "Pale Yellow" hydration
5. Only one drink in social situations but none otherwise
6. 10 minutes of reading
7. 10 minutes of "meditation"
8. 10 minutes of technology sabbatical
9. 10 minutes toward your new hobby/skill
10. Journal entry, minimum of one sentence, to document the journey

Check in here each Sunday to share what's working and what was a struggle. and receive the
weekly 10% kicker.

On the Sunday after the last day, we'll present our hobby/skill/activity.
