Role Description
Job Purpose
 Manage Retailing Operations and logistics
 Manage one Division and report to head office
 Purchasing, coordinating production and installations
 Products selection and planogram preparations
 Agency contracts and negotiations
 Cross-Functional team & vendor Partnerships
 Managing Visual display standards
 Maintaining Commercial hygiene & documenting

Retailing Execution

 Ensuring panel installation at dealer stores in defined


geography.
 Maintaining and managing panel stock at the distributor basis
plan received from sales team.
 Ensuring that the panels are dispatched and installed within 15
days of dealer opening.
 Enabling product installation at the sub dealers through local
installer.
 Sending report on retailing every month.
 Creating a detailed SOP guideline for retailing execution to be
shared with the teams and vendors.
 Adaptation of design for different category of stores,
introducing new display elements
 Execution of the stores in area.
 Ensuring timelines are met for execution- Receiving request to
final handover.

 Coming up with cost effective solutions for the design.
 Handling Exhibition, dealer meets and Product launches
Retailing display

Market visit and reporting

 Visiting the market to understand specific issues and


suggesting solutions.
 Visiting all the customized stores, pre and post installation.
 Visiting all the vendors once every quarter for process
improvement and finding new solutions.

Commercial hygiene and reporting

 Creating and releasing PO's within 1 day of approval


 Maintaining Expense and Budget tracker report
 Ensuring vendor bills settlement.
 Maintaining Retailing trackers

New Vendor Identification

 Identifying local vendors in each state for product and panel


installation.
 Planning the local installers team and their route basis each
month's request.
 Identifying and setting up new vendor with capability to
service area within the suggested timelines

Essential
Qualifications
 Any graduate (Min 60% )
Previous Experience  1-2 years Admin experience preferably
Functional Competencies  Basic MS Office knowledge
 Good Communication skills
 Ability to interact with multiple sets of people
Behavioral Competencies  Assertive and confident
 Result oriented
 Should be willing to travel
