Daily activitey of Service Engineer during E&C (MAX-20)(SILO)

4 silo accessories fitting work and silo erection on foundation 1 hydra require , 5 skill labour
5 Screw conveyor erectoion work and start the fourbin partation erection 1 hydra require , 1 Crane , 5 skill labour
6 Fourbin partition fitting 1 hydra require , 5 skill labour
7 All accessories fitting and wiring work with finishing 3 skill labour
8 Plant idle test and calibration 6 skill labour
9 Check the calibration from client & plant loadtrail , handover plant to customer responsible person

The following resources has to be arranged by Customer for Erection & Commissioning as per Schedule.
1 Site Responsible person , 1 operator and skilled labour on site day of 1
2 All the foundation works including curing period should be completed before starting the erection of the structures in the respective area as given in foundation drawing.
3 Necessary cranes to be arranged for assembly, erection at site with required seelings and shackles from DAY 2.
4 Welding machine, cutting set, drilling and grinding machine for any welding or cutting work during erection has to be ready at site from DAY 2
5 Power connection up to control panel of plant shall be arranged on the end of DAY 7 for testing of equipments.
6 Earthing should be ready by end of DAY 5 for testing of equipments.
7 Water tank & additive connection from tank to plant on DAY 8
8 Standard weights for calibration should be arranged by DAY 8 morning
9 Material feeding ramp keep the ready end of day 8
10 Raw materials such as aggregate,sand,cement,water and admixture should be ready in respective hoppers for commissioning of the plant by the end of DAY 8.

Note : Our engineer will not be idle on site more than 24 hours
