1. Pupils look at the name of the country “Greece” written on the board.
PRE-LESSON 2. Pupils work in pairs and discuss what they know about Greece.
3. Pupils discuss ideas as a class.
4. Pupils turn to Pulse 2 page 50 and read a text about Greece.
5. Pupils listen to an audio recording about Greece.
6. Pupils match 3 subheadings with 3 paragraphs.
7. Pupils compare answers in pairs before checking answers as a class.
8. Pupils read the Writing Focus.
9. Pupils find 4 examples of 2 adjectives together in the Writing Focus box.

10. Pupils compare answers in pairs before checking answers as a class.

11. Pupils rewrite 4 sentences with the adjectives in brackets in the correct places.
