ISEA- Supply People Performance Update, November 2022

Context
2022 is expected to be a good year after 2 years of continuously ravaged economy. Thus, business is expected
to be firing on all engines including big time entry into L/NAB segment to become a full stack beverage
organization. With this background, cash flow & profitability of entire ISEA BU is going to be of prime importance.
To support this transition, a critical view is being taken to deliver interventions on people capability for internal
mobility, intelligent cost control, proactive measures to improve productivity.
