D.Œ letter No. 2-4/2019-ŁS-2 dated 1R05.2020 read witŁ D.O. letter No. 25(t3)/E.Coortl/2020 dated
04.05.2020 from Dr, T.V. Somanathan, Secretary (expenditure), Deptt of Expenditure, t4lnistry of finance end
