Past tense

The past tense in English is used:

 to talk about the past


 to talk about hypotheses (when we imagine something)

REGULAR VERBS,
as the name suggests, are regular or regular verbs. This verb is easy to predict and the
simple past and the past participle form just enough to end in -ed the infinitive to form
the regular verb.

If the verb ends in -e, just add -d.


If the verb ends in -y, then drop -y and replace it with -ied.
When the verb ends with a vowel and a consonant, the consonant is multiplied and
added with -ed.

Irregular Verb
IRREGULAR VERBS is the opposite of regular verbs, which are irregular
verbs. The traits are unpredictable and have no -ed ending behind the
infinitive. The simple past and the past participle must be learned and
memorized in order to use them freely in the various sentence structures in
English.
