2.Check the light if out from the center of nozzle or we must adjust light path again before
cutting.
3.Check if the protective lens is cleaning or we need to clean it with Ethyl alcohol(99.5%). Clean
and protect the lens without leaving water marks
Notice: (1) Turn off the surrounding fans before removing the protective mirror drawer; seal the
nozzle opening with masking paper; (2) After pulling out the protective lens drawer, immediately
seal the outlet of the protective mirror drawer with masking paper.

3.draw the device half of it. 4.put your finger on the back to prevent the
gasket drop down.
5.cover the place where the lens out immediately. 6.U-turn the device to take the gasket off.
7.take the protective lens to check if it’s clean. 8.clean it if it’s not good or change it with new one.

1. Clean the Z-axis guide rail and ball screw by the clean cloth each month. After cleaning, manually apply
appropriate amount of lubricating oil (Mobil 01# lithium base grease).
2. Check the integrity and stability of the dust cover every day, and clean the foreign matter inside the dust
cover and hexagonal rail, such as iron filings or iron nuggets, etc.
3. Clean the X andYaxis gears, racks, linear guides, oil tanks, etc. every half month, and add oil for maintenance.

4. Use a manual grease gun to add lithium-based grease to the X and Y-axis sliders every
half month. And move back and forth at a slow speed to ensure the normal lubrication of
the slider. Lubricate the Z-axis screw and slide block every half month. When refueling
with a manual grease gun, aim at the refueling port of the machine and apply the grease
once, 15 times each time, please use Mobil 01# lithium base grease.
5.Regularly check the amount of lubricating oil and add lubricating oil in time.
This equipment is a dual lubrication system,The rack is refueled by an automatic oil pump
Check the oil volume of the automatic oil pump every 10 to 15 days 。 Please use "Mobil Delvac Gear Oil
85W-140" or hydraulic rail oil L-HG 32# to refill it and reset it.
2. The electric control cabinet will be dusted every 3 months (harsh environment per month). Before dust
removal, the equipment needs to be powered off (note: do not touch any wiring terminals within 5 minutes after
power off).Use a vacuum cleaner or dry cloth (do not use compressed air) to clean the dust in the electric control
cabinet.
3. Every six months (every 3 months in bad environment), the industrial computer needs to be cleaned, the fixing
strip is removed, and the cover plate is removed. The motion control card and memory bar can be removed and
cleaned. Please use a clean dry cloth for cleaning.

Equipment maintenance
1. The serrated support bar is replaced every six months (or can be replaced according to actual usage),
otherwise the cutting effect will be affected or the thin plate cannot be cut. The user can purchase the plate by
himself for cutting and replacement (normal 3mm carbon steel plate, 2mm carbon steel plate is used for the
encrypted support bar, and the drawings can be obtained from our after-sales service engineer). When replacing
the serrated support bars, just loosen the pressure bars on the left and right sides.

2. Clean the equipment as a whole every six months, including inner and outer sheet metal, lighting, working
area, operating table, mouse, keyboard, and wireless handle to ensure that the equipment is tidy and beautiful.
When the ring fill is used for frequent power outages and the conditions for the daily cooling liquid to be
emptied, antifreeze must be used. The basic liquid of the antifreeze is generally composed of alcohols and water.
It is required to have high boiling point and flash point, high specific heat and conductivity, low temperature and
low viscosity, not easy to foam, not corrode metal parts, rubber drinking tubes, etc. When selecting or mixing
antifreeze, its freezing point should be 5°C lower than the lowest temperature of the environment in which it is
used.
Use special antifreeze of professional brand:
It is recommended to choose the CLARIANT brand. There are two models of antifreeze suitable for laser systems:
1) Antifrogen@N glycol-water type (industrial products, toxic to humans)
2) Antifrogen@L propylene glycol-water type (food grade, harmless to humans)
Note: Any antifreeze can not completely replace deionized water, can not be used for a long time throughout the
year, and the use volume accounts for 25%-50% of the water tank volume, not more than 50%. After winter, the
pipeline must be cleaned with deionized water or purified water, and deionized water or distilled water must be
used as the coolant.
Because laser sources have higher requirements for the use environment, in order to protect the laser source in
summer and prevent the large temperature difference between the laser source and the external environment
from condensing and causing damage to the laser source, the following maintenance needs to be complied with
when using the laser source in summer:
1. Make a separate air-conditioned room for the laser source, optimize the external working environment of the
laser source, and keep the laser source working in a dry and constant temperature environment.
2. It is recommended that the customer purchase a temperature and humidity meter and place it in the fiber
laser source air-conditioned room to monitor the temperature and humidity in the air-conditioned room.
3. Adjust the temperature of the water chiller according to the ambient temperature, set the high temperature
to 28-32°C and the low temperature to 25-29°C.
4. Strictly implement the power-on sequence of the fiber laser machine.
A. Boot sequence
Turn on the main power switch of the machine, and let the air conditioner or dehumidifier of the chassis run for
more than 30 minutes.
After turning on the water chiller for 30 minutes, turn on the laser switch.
B. Shutdown sequence
Turn off the laser power switch.
Turn off the power switch of the water chiller.
For customers who use air cutting, to ensure that the air compressor provides clean and pure air free of water, oil
and other impurities, the air compressor must be regularly contacted with the manufacturer for maintenance.
The new machine should be replaced every 500 hours. 2500-3000 hours to change style, oil and other
consumables.
Anti-reflection precautions
If you need to cut aluminum plates, aluminum alloys, brass, copper and other high-reflective materials, please
contact our professional staff to guide the operation. Cutting aluminum plates, aluminum alloys, and brass
materials must use high-pressure nitrogen cutting, and the pressure must reach 16 kg or more. The red copper
must be cut with high-pressure oxygen, and the pressure must reach 16 kg or more.
Precautions
If you enter the internal part of the machine for maintenance, you must:
1.Close the oxygen, nitrogen, and air valves and drain the gas in the pipe;
2.Press the emergency stop switch to shut down all of them and cut off the main power supply.
