Group Size / Level: 4-6 Duration: 60-80 mins

Session Number: # 1 of 20 . Equipment Required: Pads, Floor markers.

Training Outcomes:

To learn and practice the advanced skill of Check Hook.

1. To understand and perform Check Hook on demand with correct body mechanics.
2. To follow-up after execution of the Check Hook.
3. To understand and apply the Check Hook in a spar or bout.
4. Preparation of other more advanced punches that build on the basics of Check Hook.
5. Improve overall athleticism of the boxers - improved body coordination and spatial awareness.
