Directions: Read and execute the following instructions to come up with a specific body pose. Ask a
friend or partner to take you a picture of the body pose out of the instructions. Paste your photo on the
box provided below.

1. Start with the anatomical position.


2. From the anatomical position, perform a flexion on your right knee with
plantarflexion on your right foot.
3. Perform an Abduction in your left arm to shoulder level.
4. Pronate your left hand with abducted fingers.
5. Raise your right arm overhead and supinate your right hand with abducted
