I. OBJECTIVES:
At end of the lesson the students are expected to:
a. Identify the basic pressure points in the back muscles;
b. Perform the different hilot strokes in the pressure points in the back muscles;
c. Appreciate the importance of the basic pressure by applying the basic strokes.

Kindly pick up pieces of paper and (students do what is told them to do)
plastics under you chairs. Arrange
your chairs properly.

Practice the different hilot strokes in the back muscles for at least 2-3 members of your
family at home. Ask a feedback after the massage and write it in your journal notebook.
