    1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

    CLP– Casual Labour Process


    CL – Casual Labour
    PT - Partime

    The purpose of this procedure is to ensure CL/PT issues can be resolve accurately and followed accordingly.

    2. STANDARD PROCEDURES

    2.1 CL/PT using mobile while working charges at RM20.PIC to take their name and during payment
    process deduction will be made immedietly.

    2.2 CL/PT smoking or vaping inside Bizmilla hall or property while working charges at RM50.PIC to
    take their name and during payment process deduction will be made immedietly.CL/PT only allowed
    smoking/vaping during breaktime.They need to smoke 100 metres from the properties.

    2.3 CL/PT that found snaking or missing from working place charges will be at RM30.
    PIC to take their name and during payment process deduction will be made immedietly.

    2.4 CL/PT wearing white sock & white shoes charges at RM10. PIC to take their name and during
    payment process deduction will be made immedietly.

    2.5 CL/PT not wearing Mask charges at RM10.

    2.6 CL/PT coming late to work place deduction by hours at RM10(without inform to the PIC)
    (need to be 15 minutes early before start the shift)

    2.7 CL/PT going to the toilet without inform to the PIC charges at RM10.

    2.8 CL/PT lepaking while duty at the back lorry parking area charges at RM30.
