Our app will


display all kinds of information about the farm. our theme is "Holding a bowl of
greenery in your hand, guarding the eternal vegetarian heart." We will strictly control
every step of vegetable production to ensure the safety and health of vegetables.

Our target market is the global vegetarian restaurants, and all kinds of people who
love vegetarian food; per capita is about 30 pounds, this kind of restaurant price is
not too high, in order to provide fresh vegetables and fruit, plus cooking services; in
the future, with the fame of our app, we will cooperate with all kinds of vegetable
suppliers, and invite them to stay in our urban farms app.

In terms of location, our farm will be set up in the suburbs of London for the
following two reasons:
1. The suburbs have a lot of large planting bases to plant vegetables and fruits, and
land prices are relatively low compared to the city centre.
2. London suburbs can attract a variety of high-quality purchasing power to promote
consumption.

At the same time, we can explore some potential customers, such as: for the
European market, we can cooperate with the royals and leaders of various countries
if we get the approval of the royal family, it is the best way to publicise our APP; with
the cooperation of the global Michelin restaurants, with the increase in the
popularity of our Urban farms, the quality and variety of our vegetables will continue
to increase, and cultivate new varieties, new menus and put them on the app for
more quality restaurants to see, especially Michelin restaurants.

For our APP, there will be many competitors in the process of development, in order
to improve our competitiveness, we will add real-time monitoring activities in our
APP, which will be updated once a week, and the consumers will see their adopted
vegetables thriving in the APP, so as to satisfy their curiosity; and, of course, the
popularity in Asian market , Nongjiale, which is very popular in the Chinese market,
as well as some chain vegetable growing bases around the world are also our
competitors. Therefore, for us at urban farms, improving the quality of vegetables
and increasing the cooperation with global offline farms will increase our popularity
and brand effect, which will make our app a big success and increase profits.

For our urban farm APP, discovering new target groups and reducing production costs
are the main strategies for the future. Guaranteeing the quality of our vegetables and
fruits is another essential thing, controlling the source of vegetable production and
ensuring that every step of our vegetables is natural and pollution-free.
