1-EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Vegetable packaging company is a startup business offering the vegetables with
packaging and shipping. Our current business locates outside the city near to
afgooye firms and provides goods with services of the vegetables. First we need
to sign contract with Afgooye firms which is to take over all the ripe vegetables.
Then to save it using suitable machine and to deliver all the markets. Our target
market is to provide clean vegetables instead of having wasted and to reduce
defectiveness and costs. Our objective is to serve all the sectors households,
hospitals, hotels, and small markets with clean and easy packaging at minimum
cost. Our vision is to expand our company to the regions of the country and to
make more profits

Vegetable packaging company is new business to the market at this time is a
problems that suffers most market before 7 months I did some research about
this problem and I asked some sellers in BAKAARO market and SUUQA WAYN
even I visited hotels like HAYAAT hotel, SAFARI hotel and DIGFEER hospital they
all suffering the same problem of the vegetables of perishing and wasted they
order they want 10 gets perish

PRODUCT REVIEW
Sellers and suppliers have some problems about the vegetables during my
research I have contacted with firmer in afgooye she told me that the biggest
problem is when vegetables get ripe they cannot store more than few days so
they call the sellers of the markets and to beg them to take the vegetables even
sometimes they need to make a lot of offers. And also I contacted with some
sellers and they told me that they facing problems like cost shipping and some
time when shipping the vegetables a lot gets perish and the cost is on them and
also the vegetables is not clean

CHANNEL AND LOGISTIC REVIEW


Our vegetables will delivered to all markets with suitable packaging and shipping
we will contact to each market and record they order of vegetables and then with
fixed time we will ship each order to their market position even the hospitals and
hotels will make orders and then we ship to them, big meetings that runs the
government also needs vegetables, big events all that. As we grow we will offer
more segments and reach to the entire country

COMPETITIVE REVIEW
As this time there is no competitor in the market but the future will be so we
need to add more features as the time goes on so to ensure quality of the
packaging and the customer care issues with minded price

Our marketing objective is to launch our vegetables to our target customers with
high quality packaging while achieving profit for the company
