Work Preparation
1. Safety
Switch off the power supply prior to any maintenance and put UNDER MAINTENANCE Board on the
panel, also switch off the CB of respective crane.
2. Tools and Equipments Required
(a) Scissor Lift (b) Torch
(c) Spanners (d) Dust clothes
(e) Sand papers (f) Safety Helmet
(g) WD-40 (h) Grease.
(i) Lubrication Oil

1 Main Girder Check for any Mechanical Damage.
Check for any weld seems for cracks.

2 Limit Check operation for cut off.

3 Emergency Check operation of emergency switch.

Check rope wire for any broken stand.

Check hook and hook safety latch for any

crack or damage.
