Informacija apie draudimą
Visi nuomojami automobiliai privalo būti
apdrausti draudimu eismo įvykių atveju ir
draudimu nuo vagystės. Draudimas bus:
arba įskaičiuotas į kainą,
arba įsigyjamas iš nuomos įmonės,
arba suteikiamas jūsų kredito kortelės
įmonės.
Jei automobilis bus pavogtas, pagal šią
sutartį atkuriamųjų išlaidų atlyginimui
mokėsite tik išskaitos sumą. Šis draudimas
galios, jei laikysitės nuomos sutarties
sąlygų.
Jei automobilis pavogtas, rimtai
sugadintas arba pateko į eismo įvykį su
kitais eismo dalyviais, prašome nedelsiant
susisiekti su nuomos įmone ir policija. Jei
nepateiksite reikiamų dokumentų iš
policijos, turėsite sumokėti visą automobilio
pakeitimo ir (arba) remonto kainą. Jei
automobilis šiek tiek apgadintas ir
incidentas kitų eismo dalyvių nepaveikė,
prašome nedelsiant susisiekti su nuomos
įmone.
Po automobilio grąžinimo automobilių
nuomos įmonė pareikalaus sumokėti už
žalą. Be to, be išskaitos padengimo dar
reikės sumokėti papildomą Žalos
administravimo mokestį.

Mechaninė pavarų dėžė
Jei apgadinsite automobilio kėbulą,
didžiausia suma, kurią turėsite sumokėti už
remontą pagal Draudimo eismo įvykių
atveju sutartį, yra išskaitos žalos atveju
suma. Žala bus padengta tik tuo atveju, jei
laikysitės nuomos sutarties sąlygų.
Draudimas nedengia kitoms automobilio
dalims (pvz., stiklui, ratams, vidaus dalims,
stogui ar važiuoklei) padarytos žalos,
mokesčių (pvz., nuvilkimo ar važiavimo
bekele) ar automobilyje esantiems daiktams
(pvz., vaikiškoms kėdutėms, GPS
įrenginiams ar asmeniniams daiktams)
padarytos žalos.
Draudžiama vairuotojo atsakomybė dėl
sužalojimo ir į sutartį įtraukto turto
apgadinimo. Draudimas neapima vairuotojo
sužalojimų ar nuomojamam automobiliui
padarytos žalos. Žala bus atlyginta tik tuo
atveju, jei laikysitės nuomos sutarties
sąlygų.
Nuomos įmonė neatsako už
automobilyje paliktų daiktų praradimą /
vagystę / apgadinimą nei nuomos
laikotarpiu, nei po jo.
Draudimas (eismo įvykių atveju ir nuo
vagystės) nekompensuoja
išlaidų dėl toliau nurodytų daiktų praradimo /
vagystės / apgadinimo: raktų, antenų,
domkrato, įspėjamojo trikampio ir
apsauginių liemenių, priekinio stiklo
valytuvų, degalų bako dangtelio, bagažo
skyriaus uždangalo ir bet kokių kitų
pritvirtintų ar mobilių automobilio
komponentų.

Ką reikia turėti pasiimant automobilį
Vairuotojo pažymėjimas
Pagrindiniam vairuotojui ir visiems papildomiems vairuotojams reikės pateikti jų vardu išduotą
vairuotojo pažymėjimą, kuriam netaikomi jokie apribojimai.
Kiekvienas vairuotojas privalo pats išsiaiškinti, kokių dokumentų reikės važiuojant į kitą šalį.
Pavyzdžiui, gali reikėti vizos ir (arba) tarptautinio vairuotojo pažymėjimo bei įprasto vairuotojo
pažymėjimo.

Nuomos punkte turėsite pateikti toliau nurodytus dokumentus:

Savo nuomos kvitą
Priimamos kredito kortelės
Pagrindinis vairuotojas pasiimant automobilį privalo turėti savo vardu išduotą kreditinę
kortelę. Kortelėje privalo būti pakankamai lėšų padengti frančizės / depozito dydį (šios lėšos
bus blokuotos nuomos laikotarpiu). Ši kortelė taip pat reikalinga sumokėti vietinius
mokesčius, už papildomą įrangą ir bet kokius papildomus pirkinius automobilių nuomos
kompanijos biure.
Pagrindinis vairuotojas pasiimant automobilį privalo patekti šį Automobilio nuomos vaučerį.

Privalomi vietiniai mokesčiai
Vietinai mokesčiai - Šiame skyriuje nurodyti mokesčiai, kuriuos turėsite sumokėti nuomos
punkte. Jie susiję su a) automobilio paėmimo vieta, b) vairuotoju ir c) kelionės nuomotu
automobiliu maršrutu. Šiame skyriuje nenurodyti kiti nuomos punkte mokami mokesčiai,
pvz., degalų, už automobilinę kėdutę vaikui ar papildomas paslaugas.
Baudos - Jūs atsakote už bet kokių kitų mokesčių ar baudų sumokėjimą, pvz., kelių ar spūsties
mokesčius, baudas už greičio viršijimą, parkavimą ir kitus eismo taisyklių pažeidimus.
Papildomi vairuotojai - Pagrindinis vairuotojas (užsakyme nurodytas asmuo) privalo atvykti
pasiimti automobilio. Būtent ji(s) turi sumokėti už visus nuomos punkte taikomus mokesčius.
Papildomiems vairuotojams gali būti taikomas mokestis už dieną. Nuomos sąlygos, įskaitant su
amžiumi susijusius apribojimus ir mokesčius, galioja visiems papildomiems vairuotojams.
Po nuomos - Po nuomos
Po nuomos - Jei nuomos laikotarpiu nesumokėjote taikytų mokesčių ar gautų baudų, pvz.,
spūsties mokesčio, baudos už greičio viršijimą ir pan., gavusi valdžios institucijų prašymą
nurodyti vairuotoją, nuomos įmonė kreipsis į jus. Tai gali įvykti ir praėjus keliems mėnesiams po
nuomos laikotarpio. Tuomet jums reikės sumokėti skirtus mokesčius ar baudas bei nuomos
įmonės taikomą administravimo mokestį.
Degalų pripildymo mokestis - Jei grąžintame automobilyje truks degalų, jums bus taikomas
degalų įpylimo mokestis, taip pat turėsite sumokėti už trūkstamus degalus (pagal tuo metu
taikomą rinkos kainą už litrą / galoną).

All rental cars must have Collision Damage
Waiver (CDW) and Theft Protection (TP).
Each policy will be either:
included or
purchasable from the rental company, or
provided by your credit card company.
If the car is stolen, the most you’ll pay
towards replacement costs covered by the
policy is the theft excess. This cover is only
valid if you stick to the terms of the rental
agreement.
If the car is stolen, or seriously
damaged, or damaged in an incident
involving someone else, please contact the
rental company and the police immediately.
If you can't provide the necessary
documents from the police, you'll be liable
for the full cost of replacing/repairing the
car. If the car gets slightly damaged, and
no-one else is involved, please contact the
rental company immediately.
Damage to the car will be charged for by
the car hire company after it is dropped off -
and will incur a Damage Administration fee
on top of the amount deducted from the
excess.

If the car’s bodywork gets damaged, the
most you’ll pay towards repairs covered by
the Collision Damage Waiver is the damage
excess. This cover is only valid if you stick
to the terms of the rental agreement. It
doesn’t cover other parts of the car (e.g.
glass, wheels, interior, roof or
undercarriage), or charges (e.g. for towing
or off-road time), or anything in the car (e.g.
child seats, GPS devices or personal
belongings).
Covers the driver’s liability for any
injuries and property damage that are
included in the policy. It does not cover
injuries to the driver or damage to the rental
car. This cover is only valid if you stick to
the terms of the rental agreement.
The rental company is not liable for the
loss of / theft of / damage to any belongings
in the car, during or after the rental.
Not included in the rental cover (CDW &
TP)
Loss of / theft of / damage to: keys, aerials,
jack, safety triangles and vests, windscreen

other fixed or mobile component of the car.

What you need at Pick-up
Licence
The main driver and any additional drivers will need to provide a full driving licence in their
name.
It is each driver’s responsibility to find out what paperwork they need before driving in
another country. For example, you may need a visa and/or International Driving Permit as
well as your driving licence.

At the counter, you'll need to provide:

Accepted Credit Cards
The main driver must be in possession of a Credit Card in their own name when picking up
the car. The Card must have enough available funds to cover the excess / deposit amount
(which will be blocked on the Card for the duration of the rental). The Card will also be
required to pay for local fees, extra equipment and anything purchased additionally at the car
hire counter.
The main driver must present this Rental Voucher when picking the car up.

Excess Information

Mandatory Local Charges
Local Charges - This section shows charges that you’ll pay at the counter because of (a)
where you're picking your car up, (b) who's driving, and (c) where you go during your rental. It
doesn’t show other over-the-counter costs, such as charges for fuel, child seats or additional
services.
Fines - You are responsible for any charges and fines, including tolls, congestion charges,
speeding tickets and parking or traffic fines.
Additional drivers - The main driver (the person named on the booking) must be present when
you pick the car up, and must be the one who pays anything charged at the counter. There
may be a daily fee for additional drivers. The rental terms, including age-related restrictions
and fees, apply to any additional drivers.
After your rental - After your rental
After your rental - If you’ve incurred any charges, such as speeding tickets or unpaid
congestion charges, the car hire company will try to contact you when the authorities ask them
who was driving. This could be months after your rental – and you’ll have to pay the company’s
administration fee as well as the original charge.
Refuelling charge - If there’s any fuel missing when you drop your car off, you'll be charged
both a refuelling fee and the cost of the missing fuel (at the current market price per
litre/gallon).
