1. Have you ever had a job? What did you do? What did you like about it?

Q: I used to have a part-time job about 3 months ago. I served customers. During my working time, I
got some enjoyable experiences and improved my communication skills.

2. What job do you think you’ll have 5 years from now?

Q: I hope that I will be an engineer. I have had a passion for technology and science since I was a kid.
Currently, I’m majoring in Food Technology at HUST.

3. What job would you most like? Why?

H: The job I like most is engineer. More specifically, an engineer in the culinary industry. Because I
want to research new ingredients to be able to bring consumers the best flavours. I find this job also
requires creativity and I like that.

4. What do your family members do? What would you like about their job?

H: In my family, my parents work. My father is an engineer in the field of machinery, he is a person

who is very knowledgeable about electricity and machinery. If there are problems related to it, he
will handle it within a moment. One special thing I want to tell you is that my father graduated at Ha
Noi University of Science and Technology, which is the school I am attending. My mother works as an
accountant for a materials manufacturing company. My mother is quite knowledgeable about
calculations and books. Mom is very patient and meticulous about her work. I see that my mother
loves her job very much
