    ground instead of constructing soak pit and septic tank.

    Madam,
    In inviting a reference to your letter No.6766/KGM Dated.21-08-2023 on the
    subject cited above , I am to inform you that some antisocial people of ward No.21
    of Brahmanigaon insighted by some of my enmity persons made allegations
    against me before the District Administration to have encroached the school land
    beyond my recorded patta land and accordingly the scheduled land of mine was
    investigated and demarcated by the Tahasildar, Keonjhar along with their team in
    the presence of the villagers and the primary school teachers along with the school
    management committee and Ward Councillor (both new and old ) and after
    thorough measurement and demarcation as per the Govt. records it was finally
    found that the allegations of encroachment of school land is completely faseless
    and even I have spared 3 to 4 feets wideth space of land beyond my boundary wall
    for any further repairing works. Rather the school land has been encroached in the
    west side of the school with construction of private mess etc.
    Further, I am to inform you that I have also constructed soak pit to
    drain out grey water and septic tank to drain out black water through sanitary pipe
    lines to keep the hygienic environmental conditions of the entire premises of my
    residential complex as well as the Saidev Hospital . Some antisocial people as
    stated above instigated by my enmity persons utilised them to get the sanitary pipe
    lines damaged wich were installed in the back side of my building facing towards
    the school ground deliberately with a conspiracy to defame me in the eye of public
    showing the scene of release of fecal matter to the open space.
    However, I have already taken care of the matter with proper maintenance of
    soak pit and septic tank which can also be checked and verified by the
    Municipality authorities to your utmost satisfaction.
