    Our reference Ltr No. BCD-LSC-MISC-001.

    Despite clear instructions as per above referred letter and verbal warnings to Site
    incharge, your machinery is destroying footpaths and site team is not maintaining
    housekeeping. The management has taken very serious view of not adhering already
    issued written instructions. Therefore, you are hereby warned to clear the site immediately
    otherwise fine will be imposed.
