Engineering Services related to Piezometer readings and interpretation- Rev2

Dear Sir

with reference to the recent discussions with Sir Aaron G. Oracion, we submit our technical and eco-
nomical proposal for the readings and interpretation of the piezometer data of Tayabasan Weir 2.

A) Scope of work

The Scope of work includes the following items:

- Treatment of the raw data of the piezometers and conversion to usable format, including test-
ing;
- Elaboration of relevant graphs and data analysis;
- Comparison with other relevant parameters such as water-level;
- Interpretation of the data and elaboration of a short interpretation report;
- Elaboration of a short memo with the instructions for future data treatment;
- Training of personnel for data treatment (via Teams, 1-2h workshop).

In case the data analysis concludes that there might be other relevant actions to be taken, these might
be treated separately.

B) Schedule

A total delivery time of 1 month can be expected for the complete documentation.

D) Prices

The prices are based on the daily rates of the Lombardi staff as given in the original Agreement for
Design Services between Prime Metro BMD Corporation and Lombardi SA Ingegneri Consulenti.
