REVIEW POINTS :

1. Draft kontrak baru yang ditawarkan oleh Dviation memiliki ruang lingkup yang secara garis besar sama dengan kontrak awal (No.
04/K/Presdir/IAS/II/2017) tanggal 27 Februari 2017 pada ANNEX A Sub B. Part 145-Readiness Preparation.
2. Perbedaan utama draft kontrak baru dengan kontrak awal adalah sebagai berikut :

5. Penalty If any payment due to DSSB is not
received on the due date,
without prejudice to DSSB’s other
rights (including but not limited
to the right to claim for payment
of any outstanding amount and
to cease work carried out for
CUSTOMER), DSSB shall be
entitled to interest for late
payment calculated on the
amount due from and including
the due date of payment up to
and including the date when the
payment is received by DSSB at a
rate of 2% per month.
