Event Description:

 The quiz will be structured in multiple rounds, encompassing diverse

categories where each round will contain mix of questions to check
participants' knowledge of Bollywood trivia.

 The preliminary quiz will be conducted on Unstop.com ; top50

participants, based on merit, will advance to the interview round10
finalists will be selected for the ultimate showdown in the final round.

 Regarding the interview and final round, we propose conducting the final
session on either Zoom or G-Meet(1½ hrs each);. If the institute can
provide special permission for our preferred platform, it would be greatly
appreciated.

 We also seek permission to live-stream the final round of our upcoming

stream quiz on our official YouTube channel of Paradox.

 The event aims to celebrate the rich heritage of Indian cinema, bringing
students together for a fun-filled exploration of Bollywood's glamour,
drama, and iconic moments.

1. The initial stage of the quiz will be conducted on Unstop.com, and the top
50 participants, based on merit, will advance to the next round. In the
event of a tie in objective questions, subjective questions will serve as
tiebreakers. The decision of the evaluators will be final.

2. Qualifiers from Stage 1 will be provided with a Google Form in Stage 2.

Based on their responses, they will then be interviewed via Google Meet.
 3. Following the interview round, 10 finalists will be selected for the
ultimate showdown in the final round. All finalists will gather via
Google Meet, where they will face challenges such as a buzzer-round
(using JustBuzz.in) mimicking dialogues, and more. The participant
with better communication skills and the highest score will be
crowned as the winner.

 Registration period: 11-30 Dec(7:30 pm IST)
 Qualifier round : 30 Dec (8pm-9pm IST)
 Result declaration : 3 jan 2024

Previous experience: As enthusiastic freshers, it is our first experience in

organizing any event and we see this opportunity as a chance to apply our skills,
and contribute our utmost to ensure the success of the event.

Why do you think you are a suitable candidate to head this event?
While I may not have specifically organized a Bollywood quiz before, my
experience in event planning, (been head boy and hoisted several regional meets
and annual function) has equipped me with the organizational and
communication skills necessary to execute a successful and well-coordinated
quiz.
I’m super confident that I can handle and entertain the audience and got a
great team who is supportive and creative .

We hope that our team will the chance to host this event and make us valuable
additions to the team Paradox. We are excited about the prospect of gaining
hands-on experience in event planning and execution.
